Plum Tree Farm is located in Loganville, Georgia, which is about 30 miles east of Atlanta. We are situated on 11 acres of farmland that is well suited for our family that includes Steve, Julia and Stephen Kuni. Julia is a member of the Greater Swiss Mountain Dog Club of America, the Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen Club of America and serves on the Health and Genetics Committee, after having been the committee chair for the last several years, and also a Board member of the PBGV Health and Rescue Foundation. Julia is also a member of the North Ga. Hound Association, the Labrador Retriever Club of America and the Greater Atlanta Labrador Retriever Club. We also have an assortment of goats, cats and horses. Our dog family consists of
CH Shamrock Plum Tree PromisesCGC, ROM "Promise"- a 12 yr. old Greater Swiss Mountain Dog. Promise has always been an outstanding family member and before her retirement she was a wonderful show dog and produced 7 AKC Champion offspring from just 2 litters of puppies.
CH PlumTree Redhot Dizzy Ms Lizzy "Jingles"(PBGV)- Jingles is our first home bred PBGV Champion. She is sired by CH Charlen's For Your Eyes Only and out of our foundation bitch, CH Redhot Coeur De La Mer. OFA Hips-Fair,OFA Elbows-Normal,OFA Cardiac-Normal,OFA Thyroid-Normal, OFA Patella-Normal. CH PlumTree Redhot Surfer Girl "Gidget"(PBGV)- Gidget is sired by Magnifique De Fin Renard and out of CH Redhot Coeur De La Mer. She is owned with co breeder Margaret Fondry. OFA Hip-Fair, OFA Elbow-Normal, OFA Cardiac-Normal, OFA Thyroid-Normal, OFA Patella-Normal. CERF eye exam and normal gonioscopy and tonometry. Gidget is now retired and living her life of leisure with her new mother, Wendy in NC.
Carenna's Poppy "Poppy" -Poppy is our Labrador Retriever and a wonderful addition to the family. She is sired by CH Saddlehill's Struttin inthe Moonlight and out of CH Carenna's Myrtle. HiCotton PlumTree Rita Ballou "Rita" (PBGV) Sired by CH. HiCotton Cool Hand Luke and out of CH PlumTree Redhot Twist N Shout. Rita was bred by our good friend Elizabeth Cates, and Elizabeth graciously allowed Rita to come live with us and we will co-own her.
